My name is Chelsea and I love my job. I am a professional newborn photographer. I spend almost every day cuddling and posing newborn babies to create beautiful photographic memories that last a lifetime. The newborn stage is fleeting and choosing the right photographer is important. Miss Clara Rose came to the studio at 13 days old and was pretty as a peach… just like her Mama. We had so much fun getting classic feminine shots, and even a “baby hanging from a branch” shot! Since it is summertime and we live so close to several rivers, we just had to put sweet Clara in a bikini (of course!) and send her tubing!
Big brother Patrick was extremely well behaved and so proud of his new baby sister. He is such a cool kid and will make an excellent sibling.
Dad was happy to help with a patriotic shot for the Fourth of July and to show his Army pride. Not too long ago Dad came home from a deployment and I captured their homecoming at the airport as Patrick ran into Daddy’s arms on Easter day. Have I mentioned how much I love my job?!

Sweet, hadsome Maverick was named after his grandfather, a former Air Force pilot. They actually had their newborn portraits done elsewhere, but weren’t pleased with the results. They brought me Maverick at 3 weeks old for this shot specifically, and I am so very glad they did! Who doesn’t love a baby in a plane… named MAVERICK?!
