11 day old Daniela and her family came to see me in Bulverde for newborn portraits and family photos. This family was a pleasure to work with and Daniela’s big sisters were proud as can be!
Daddy asked to include a touch of home in the session, so we used a hammock and his Puerto Rican flag.
Such a beautiful family!
Jasper was a sleepy little angel for his newborn portraits at Chelsea Lietz Photography. He brought a big brother and a crochet cowboy set, too. Daddy also asked for a fishing set-up, and Jasper fell right into the slow rhythm of the fishing life. 🙂
And I confess, I am totally jealous of his perfect little pout!
Sweet Locklyn came to see me in the studio with her big sister, Kinley.
Mama requested one of my outdoor hanging shots, and I was happy to oblige. Baby’s safety is always my priority, these shots are taken as composites with someone holding the baby at all times.
I had such a great time with this sweet family and their precious little girls. Sisters melt my heart every time!
Sweet baby Jai was an angel during his time in the studio. He had gorgeous golden skin, pouty lips, and flaky feet. Mom asked for fun, bold colors and Dad, who is from India, brought some cool cultural items to use.

In the Fall I shoot mini sessions to photograph as many families as possible without missing out on too much time with my own. My sessions will be limited this year as my children are young and I have vowed not to overbook myself. I apologize in advance if the sessions fill too quickly or the date doesn’t work for you. These are the only family/child sessions I will be doing until January. However, I am happy to recommend another family photographer to you if I can’t meet your needs… see the bottom of this post!

Closest to sunrise and sunset has the best light.

In-studio Christmas-themed sessions for children aged 4 months to 8 years only. You may include multiple children, but you get the same amount of photos.
You can use my props, wear your own Christmas gear, or even dress the kids in Christmas pajamas.
I do not do newborn mini sessions, but if you are due in December I still have limited availability… book now!
