My name is Chelsea and I love my job. I am a professional newborn photographer. I spend almost every day cuddling and posing newborn babies to create beautiful photographic memories that last a lifetime. The newborn stage is fleeting and choosing the right photographer is important. I have extensive experience, training, safety measures in place, a comfortable studio, a knack for calming babies, and an obsessive attention to detail. And let’s not forget the props… I have thousands of newborn props! If you are expecting multiples, rest assured that I have a great deal of experience with twins and triplets and always use an assistant for newborn multiple sessions. 11 day old Daniela and her family came to see me in Bulverde for newborn portraits and family photos. This family was a pleasure to work with and Daniela’s big sisters were proud as can be!
Daddy asked to include a touch of home in the session, so we used a hammock and his Puerto Rican flag.

In the Fall I shoot mini sessions to photograph as many families as possible without missing out on too much time with my own. My sessions will be limited this year as my children are young and I have vowed not to overbook myself. I apologize in advance if the sessions fill too quickly or the date doesn’t work for you. These are the only family/child sessions I will be doing until January. However, I am happy to recommend another family photographer to you if I can’t meet your needs… see the bottom of this post!

In-studio Christmas-themed sessions for children aged 4 months to 8 years only. You may include multiple children, but you get the same amount of photos.
You can use my props, wear your own Christmas gear, or even dress the kids in Christmas pajamas.
I do not do newborn mini sessions, but if you are due in December I still have limited availability… book now!

I grew up with the Magin family and was extremely honored when I was asked to photograph their grandchildren. They have been blessed 5 times over.
We had a blast with a picnic, some cane pole fishing (not shown), and some stylized shots at the ranch and studio. Photographing four wiggly children is not easy, nor are infants that cannot yet sit up on their own.. but this was a welcome challenge! Photoshop is my friend.
