Sweet Briar was in the newborn portrait studio a few weeks ago and was an absolute doll. Her family lives just outside of San Antonio but traveled to the studio for their newborn photos. In fact, Briar modeled for me in a business promo video I am working on and can’t wait to share. I hired Sonrey Films for this special project that will highlight my brand and give a glimpse inside my newborn portrait studio.
Briar’s mama asked for bold, deep colors and they suited her so well. They also requested that I incorporate Dad’s firefighter helmet and I am always happy to support our first responders.
When you book a newborn session, you are given a style survey to tell me your requests for your images. I love to know what colors, themes, poses, props, and styles you like best. I love my art, but my #1 job is making sure you love your gallery.

All is well in the new San Antonio newborn photography studio and I’ve been snuggling babies, wrangling siblings, and making exhausted parents look rested and blissful. 🙂 I’ve also been busy with Back to School Photos, first birthday photos, family portraits, pet portraits, and bath splash sessions. Babies are my specialty, but I love to continue serving “my” families as their children grow!
As always, I recommend booking newborn sessions during your second trimester if you can. And don’t forget about maternity, baby, cake smash, milestone, family, Christmas, and fall photos! Details on fall and Holiday mini sessions are coming soon.

Newborn portraits, maternity, first birthday cake smashes, bluebonnets, unicorns, senior portraits and baby milestone sessions have kept me busy so far in 2019. Being a San Antonio baby photographer is the best!
The next adventure involves moving into a brand new studio, just ten minutes from the current location. I will be ready to go by late June and will share photos of the new space. I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2019 brings and to photograph some more precious babies and families from the San Antonio area. For now, enjoy some of the sweet faces that I’ve met this year…

Delaney Lu came to the studio for her newborn photos at 9 days old. Mama asked for peach, cream, lace, pearls, and some outdoor newborn shots. Nailed it! 🙂
She has older twin sisters that I’m dying to meet!
